We recently hosted the Google & AI for Business — Train the Trainers workshop, led by Andrew Powers, who brings over three years of experience supporting South King County businesses. This session focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge and tools to integrate AI into everyday business operations and training environments.

AI was described as a “smart college student”: technically capable but needing direction and management from the business owner to deliver results effectively.

Attendees learned how to leverage ChatGPT as a practical tool for tasks like drafting content, answering questions, and acting as a virtual assistant.
